14-day money-back guarantee. If LocalSnip Pro doesn't work for you, e-mail truewuruoye@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order e-mail or license key, and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, to the original payment method; it may take 5–10 business days to appear. When a refund is issued, the license key is disabled and LocalSnip returns to the free plan. Your snippets are never deleted — all existing snippets stay on your computer and keep expanding.

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion (for example if a bug prevents core features from working and we cannot fix it).

购买后 14 天内无理由全额退款：发送邮件至 truewuruoye@gmail.com，附上购买邮箱或激活码即可。退款由 Creem 原路退回，约 5–10 个工作日到账。退款后激活码失效、恢复为免费版，已保存的片段不会被删除，仍可继续使用。
